In the United States of America, do people have the right to refuse a medical device technology that is currently under an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA)? If so, then are people advised about their rights (proper informed consent)?

Do any particles (regardless of their size) from the face masks, face shields, etc. enter your body through your skin, nostrils, and/or mouth? If so, then what is the fate & transport mechanisms of those particles? If so, then what are the possible effects of having those particles enter your body? Has any scientific research been conducted to ascertain the answers to these questions?
Has a full Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) been conducted on any of the mass-produced face masks, face shields, etc. by any researcher in the world? If not, then why hasn't any researcher conducted this assessment yet? If so, then is this information publicly available? If it's not publicly available, then why the secrecy?
What effects does face hiding with a face shield, face mask, etc. have on the Mental/Spiritual, Emotional/Psychic, and/or Physical Planes of an individual Human's existence? (1)
What effects does face hiding with a face shield, face mask, etc. have on our Collective Human Consciousness?
Does face hiding with a face shield, face mask, etc. adversely impact our sense of smell and/or taste?
In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the Lungs are energetically connected to the Large Intestine; therefore, does face hiding with a face shield, face mask, etc. adversely impact both our Lungs and our Large Intestine? [2]

Has any researcher examining the effectiveness of face masks, face shields, etc. accounted for the particles that make it through the "protective device", i.e. do the particles that get through the medical technology device enter our bodies through our skin, nostrils, and/or mouth?
Has any researcher examining the effectiveness of face masks, face shields, etc. accounted for the particles that enter our bodies through other ports of entry on our bodies, i.e. other than our mouths and nostrils?
How do sound waves exit your face mask, face shield, etc. if the device provides an impenetratable barrier for your mouth and/or nostrils?
If you wear a face mask, face shield, etc. & you're in a place with cold weather, how is it that you can see your breath exit your mouth still?
Does the so-called deadly “virus” really care whether or not you are inside of a building, car, etc. Or outside? If not, then why wear a mask inside of a building, car, etc. and then remove it when you are outside?
Who benefits from Humans losing connection with each other, with Nature, with themselves, etc.? Do we, as Human Beings overall, benefit? Who would want to disrupt our Collective Human Consciousness?
Who benefits from Human Beings not being able to recognize each other, see each other's facial expressions (especially, our Beautiful, Smiling Faces], etc.? How does this affect young children, in particular? Do children recognize their masked-up parents anymore?
What kind of psychopaths/sociopaths would want Human Beings divided & conquered rather than United?
Why haven't more Human Beings asked for proof of the “coronavirus” & its alleged “dis-ease” prior to feeling obligated to hide their faces & disconnect from the world (other than through the use of high-technology)?
If you believe in the fraudulent “germ theory of disease causation,” then why is it that a “virus” would not enter your body through your skin, ear canals, eyes, vagina/urethra, penis/urethra, anus, cuts/scrapes/other areas of open skin, etc.? Why would the “virus” only choose to enter through your mouth and/or nostrils?
If you believe in the fraudulent “germ theory of disease causation,” then please explain to yourself & to others why a deadly “virus” would not bother you while:
sleeping [I guess that these deadly "viruses" want their prey (Human Beings) to obtain adequate rest prior to wiping us completely off Planet Earth.};
bathing/showering and/or washing your face;
blowing/wiping your nose;
brushing your teeth;
rinsing out your mouth [I guess this deadly “virus” wants us to have good oral hygiene prior to killing all Human Beings.};
eating food;
drinking, whether with a straw or not;
smoking/vaping;
snorting;
snuffing;
talking and/or laughing while eating food, drinking, smoking/vaping, snorting, snuffing;
singing/rapping;
breastfeeding your child(ren) or being breast-fed;
sucking on a bottle, finger, thumb, toe;
having sexual intercourse [Why does this deadly “virus” allow Humans the pleasure of sexual intercourse, whether or not if it's to create more Human children?];
removing & replacing your mask; etc.? Why does this deadly “virus” permit such activities in its prey (Human Beings)?
We're told that this “virus” (collection of DNA and/or RNA molecules) is so smart that it can cause your cells to replicate on its behalf, but it chooses to only enter our bodies in two sets of orifices (mouth and/or nostrils) in spite of the fact that we have millions of orifices on our human body? Why is that? I take it that the “virus” does not know simple mathematics.
Why aren't more people all around the world asking these & other questions?
“The bin-Reza systemic review concluded as follows: “None of the studies established a conclusive relationship between mask/respirator use and protection against influenza transmission.” Dr. Gardam agreed: “The use of surgical or procedural masks is neither a viable nor scientifically supported alternative.” And furthermore: “the evidence supporting people wearing a mask during flu season is far flimsier than the four cluster randomized controlled trials supporting influenza vaccination.” To quote one of the scientific articles, the studies supporting the use of masks as source control are “underpowered.” As another study concluded, “there is little good quality evidence to support surgical masks as an effective infection protection measure.”
“Yet another study observed: “there is a lack of substantial evidence to support clams that face-masks protect either patient or surgeon from infectious contamination.” The CDC is categorical: “No studies have definitively shown that mask use by either infectious patients or health-care personnel prevents influenza transmission.” As the CDC also stated, “while a facemask may be effective in blocking splashes and large-particle droplets, a facemask, by design, does not filter or block very small particles in the air that may be transmitted by coughs, sneezes or certain medical procedures.” As another study indicated, “overall, the evidence to inform policies on mask use in HCWs is poor, with a small number of studies that is prone to reporting biases and lack of statistical power.” [my emphasis]
“The best case for masking is as follows: There is “ongoing debate” about the effectiveness of surgical and procedural masks as respiratory protection devices. The evidence in favour of masking is mostly “preliminary.” Or, there is “some” evidence that surgical and procedural masks “may” reduce shedding and the concentration of the influenza virus in the air and environment around the wearer (with questions about actual transmission being entirely another matter). But the fact of the matter is, because of “leakage,” surgical masks do not exhibit “adequate filter performance and facial fit characteristics to be considered respiratory protection devices.””
